Birthstone Bracelet
I designed this special birthstone bracelet for a customer to give to her sister in law for her "4Oth" birthday. She wanted to do something special for her. I used two of each birthstone representing her four children with a sterling silver daisy spacer to set it apart and highlight it in the design. She also wanted pearls and clear swarovski crystals in the design. I like the way it turned out and I decided to add the sterling silver heart charm for the finishing touch.

A bracelet of "Hope"
I just designed this bracelet for Teri at The Infertility Chronicles . She just won my giveaway at Jo Jo's Place 500th post blog party!
Once I read Teri's blog I knew that I wanted to design something special for her. She is struggling with infertility which as most of you know I did as well. I came up with the idea of doing a "Hope" bracelet for her. My prayers is that it gives her strength during this time of her life.
She loved the idea and after thinking about colors for the bracelet she came up with using a maroon stone to represent a pomegranate. Pomegranates are known as a symbol of fertility, so often infertile women will wear a single strand of pomegranate-colored embroidery floss around their wrist and it is referred to as
"Infertility's common thread".
I love how the design turned out. My prayer while making it is to bring her HOPE as she struggles with her infertility and may the pomegranates bring her a child in whatever path the Lord decides. I personally know what she is going through and now daily thank God for my infertility. You can read more about my story at my personal blog at Peytons Mamasita.
May this bracelet bring Teri "HOPE".

A "Charming" Design
I love making charm bracelets! I also love wearing them :-) I think they are a great way to showcase wearing things that you "love" to do or collect. I have made many charm bracelets however these are a few that I would like to showcase.
The first design is a tea time charm bracelet that I designed for my Mother. I chose a monochromatic color scheme of black, grey and crystal swarovski crystals. It features a tea pot toggle clasp and five sterling silver tea themed charms.
The price for this piece is $45.00.
The second design is a beagle charm bracelet that I designed for a customer. I did a blue monochromatic color scheme of two shades of blue and crystal swarovski crystals. It features a toggle clasp and five sterling silver dog themed charms.
The price for this piece is $45.00.
The third design is called "Croppin' Hearts". I designed this piece for a customer who has a scrap booking group that raises money for various organizations. I used rose, peridot and black swarovski bicones and round swarovski crystal as well as swarovski rondells. This bracelet features five sterling silver charms related to scrap booking and the group. It also features a heart toggle clasp.

Gemstone Necklace "Re-Design"
This is a "redesign". My mother gave me a necklace that she bought before I started beading and I took it apart and redesigned it to give it a "face lift". I love giving a piece of jewelry of "new look" and "new life" :-) I used cat's eye, sterling silver and a variety of gemstones for this redesign. If you have a piece that you no longer like to wear I am able to "re-use" beads and create a new design for you too!
The price for this piece is $50.00.

I love to scrap bracelet!
Today I met two of my "blogging" friends at Don Pablos for lunch! Tonya who lives in South Carolina was here visiting friends and family and Karie who lives in Ohio. This was my first time to meet Tonya and other than meeting Karie in various "parking lots" to drop off jewelry orders to her, it was the first time for us to enjoy a lunch together:-) We had a ton of fun and talked about everything from going green, to our children to our hobbies and more, non-stop for our two hour lunch!
Here is a design that I came up with for Karie to give Tonya! She wanted something that Tonya could wear with jeans and this is what I came up with. The bracelet is made of swarovski crystals and sterling silver beads and spacers and features an "I love to scrap" charm.
The price for this piece is $35.00.
