I had the opportunity to teach a beading workshop Saturday at a local Crafting Day organized to raise money for Cathy Halloran owner and founder of the non-profit organization "Chicks and Chucks". Cathy is a breast cancer survivor and raises money for women whose insurance does not cover wigs and prosthetics.

All of the women who took the class really enjoyed it and were interested in taking more in the future!

I designed three "crafty" key chains for the ladies to choose from. All three would make great gifts for all of the "crafty" women in your life!

I had a few hot flash beads left after designing the two interchangeable watches an I wanted to come up with something fun to use them in. I love this dragonfly bead and decided to turn it into a fun key chain! Using the hot flash beads made by Jimmy Lou Jackson of Berea, KY I thought it turned out great!

A new stamping forum

NASCAR Bling!

I just made several NASCAR items for two lucky ladies who love #88 and #24! I was so excited when I was asked to design these pieces. My hubby is a big NASCAR fan and watches the race every week. I thought it was a fun design and I really liked how they turned out. These charms can be made into earrings, key chains, cell phone charms, bracelets, necklaces, book marks...you name it! I was really pleased with how they turned out. What do you think?

A Special Teacher...Gift!

Here in another great idea for an end of the year teacher gift! I designed this as a teacher gift for my nephew to give as a teacher gift. I made it with the school colors and a special teacher sterling silver charm. I think the key chain turned out nice and is "free of apples" which I know that every teacher would appreciate:-)

There are so many option to customized this key chain from using the school mascot to personalizing with the teacher's name (which is really nice when you lose your keys at school-trust me I know from experience:-)
